Albert Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. When I analyze the educational system of today, I could not find a better word to describe what I see.


The United States ranks 17th among countries around the world in education. That’s a problem. And I don’t think the solution is coming anytime soon, no matter how many times Exxon plays their “let’s fix this” commercial. There is no such thing as equal educational opportunities in the United States, and will continue to be so as long as politicians control the reigns to how our children are educated. And as long as teachers are not able to be creative in their methods, but instead teach our children, what I call a poison to their brain cells.
